Dr Kristy Soper

Dr Kristy Soper grew up in Mackay and completed her medical training at James Cook University, Townsville. She gained experience in various fields of medicine at Nambour General Hospital and Mackay Base Hospital before qualifying as a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2012.

Kristy enjoys all aspects of general practice and family medicine - from paediatric to geriatric health. She has completed additional training in travel medicine as well as reproductive and sexual health. She is passionate about preventative health care and takes a holistic approach to chronic disease management.

• Fellow of the Royal Australian college of General Practitioners
• Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery
• FPAA National Certificate in Reproductive and Sexual Health
• MS 2 step training certificate
